We collect only the information needed to answer a request: name, telephone, optional email, date, time, party size, requested dishes and notes. During the demonstration it is used by MR0 to test and answer the proposal. In official mode it will be used by the confirmed legal holder of O Galo to manage orders, reservations and enquiries. Do not submit unnecessary medical information; discuss allergies directly with the restaurant.
