Is the order confirmed when I send it?
No. Sending records a request. O Galo must reply and explicitly confirm availability, time and amount.
Are ticket prices final?
No. They are estimates based on the published menu. The restaurant will communicate any change before accepting.
Can I state allergies or intolerances?
Yes. Use the notes field, but always confirm details directly with staff. An allergen not appearing in a description does not rule out cross-contamination.
Can I order every dish?
It depends on the produce and service. Some dishes, desserts or varieties may sell out.
When will it be ready?
The selected time is a preference. O Galo will provide the actual pickup time when confirming.
What if I want to eat there?
